I have become aware enought to realize that most of the time is unbalanced, for me. But the good thing is this, During periods of time that balanced is experienced, yin and yang is balanced the wonderful feeling of stillness even in the center of activity is amazing........ Further, balance can be appreciated more when unbalance is experienced occationally. So therfore periods of unbalance can be part of a balanced life.

Hi Cara, I am completely in awe of your ability to reach deep within yourself and extract such meaning. Sharing your truth will set you free, and I already know you are on the path of your soul purpose, just from what I have read in your blog. I am excited to now travel this road with you!

Found my way here after reading your courageous post on First Ourselves.
You have a beautiful way with words and also seem to be in pretty good command of intuitive/mindful eating. I applaud you! I am in the beginning of that path and it can be pretty frightening at times. Liberating at other times.
Thank you for your wisdom...

Cara, I LOVE this post. Your perspective is so inspiring to me and I love how you re-framed the messages about weight loss. You are such an awesome example of beauty from the inside out. I feel like you've given me a gift here. Thank you!

When it hits just stop. Make it your friend. Not a friend you really want or respect, but one of those friend that you are stuck with. Don't work too hard and you won't fall far. When you're stuck with a visit from your friend, be nice to Cara, and don't work at all. Just let your friend spend some time and then leave. Because sometimes, you can learn from the things you fear most and realize that the friend is just not very important. Unfortunately, because you are sweet, sensitive and nice, your friend will come back to see you. BUT, you don't need to focus on your friend. When you suffer, be real nice to you.
